Physical Therapist Position - Oregon, Baker City

Job Details

Location: Baker City, Oregon
Shift: Day shift, 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
Schedule: Primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage
Weekend Coverage: Occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (approximately 2 weekends per 13-week contract)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Electronic Medical Record: Experience with Epic required

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience with Epic
