Respiratory Therapist - Arizona (Contract)
Location
- City: Tuba City, Arizona
Job Type
- Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 24-hour coverage on a rotational basis including day/night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Job Description
- Provide respiratory care including emergent and intensive respiratory therapy and diagnostic procedures
- Work in a general/acute hospital setting serving a culturally diverse community
- Facility currently has a low COVID census
- Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate degree or certificate of completion in respiratory care
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Current valid American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
Additional Information
- Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
- COVID and flu vaccination exemptions may be accepted upon submission of a declination form
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date
