Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) – Nights

Job Description

• Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood, applying knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize care.
• Support a midwife-led, low-intervention approach to pregnancy care, emphasizing natural birth with access to medical resources if needed.
• Care focus includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother/Baby units.
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Experience in Postpartum and Mother/Baby care.
• Active New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (required for temporary RN staffing in NH).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement).
• Must include permanent address in profile.
• All medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed and documented within 5 days of offer acceptance.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years.

Additional Requirements & Notes

• No block scheduling or schedule accommodations will be considered.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted and approved at the time of application; no more than 5 days of RTO allowed.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible ("local travelers" excluded).
• Candidates cannot work concurrently with another permanent placement or travel assignment.
• Non-billable orientation required; call expectations apply.
