    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Occasional weekend backup and on-call duties

    Hours per Week

    Job Description

    • Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in patients' homes, nursing homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities.
    • Serve as a primary RN with an assigned caseload, leading the interdisciplinary team for those patients.
    • Act as a generalist in all diseases and a specialist in symptom management, requiring strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
    • Educate patients and caregivers to help identify personal goals of care and build caregiver confidence.
    • Work in an environment that fosters personalized, life-changing care.

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in Colorado
    • Minimum 2 years of hospice nursing experience, including experience within the last year
    • Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing

    Additional Information

    • Prior travel experience is not required.
