Description
Mammography Technologist (Travel)
Location: Key West, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (36 hours per week)
Job Description
- Provide timely diagnostic mammography services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
- Perform routine mammography procedures including screening, diagnostic mammography, needle localization, and specimen imaging.
- Additional responsibilities include basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license.
- ARRT Mammography certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography.
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
- Must have secured housing at time of acceptance.
- Compliance with AHCA requirements for Florida placements.
