Cath Lab Tech (Radiology / Cardiology) - Rockville, Maryland
Position Details
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), 40 hours per week
- Caseload Ratio: 8-12 cases
- Weekend Requirement: 1 full weekend call per month
- On-call Requirement: Approximately 7-10 days per month; STEMI call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation; 2-hour callback guaranteed
- Floating: No floating between units
- Start Date: ASAP
- Block schedule: Not accommodated
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital, Level II Trauma
- Total Staffed Beds: 360
- Charting Systems: Cerner, McKesson
- Scrub Color: Provided

Job Description
- Role: Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech
- RCIS certification accepted if candidate has IR experience
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Maryland
- Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Certification: RCIS or ARRT
- ACLS (AHA only)
- BLS (AHA only)
