Job Description
- Provide evaluation and re-evaluation of assigned patients in both outpatient and inpatient acute rehabilitation settings.
- Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the ordering physician.
- Independently manage a full caseload and regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Perform re-evaluations based on insurance authorization requirements.
- Work may include Hawaii State and Federal holidays as needed.
- Use department equipment and electronic medical records systems including Net Health Therapy and Meditech.
- Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Hawaii
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- Experience working with adult patients
- Experience in outpatient and acute care settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Red Cross

- Timely arrival before the start date is mandatory to complete onboarding requirements.
