Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, 4 days per week
10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Guaranteed 36 hours for 12-hour shifts or 30 hours for 8/10-hour shifts (specific to assignment)

Job Description

Circulate procedures in Interventional Radiology (IR) / Interventional Neuroradiology (IN)
Care for patients in preparation and recovery phases
Floating required within scope to three nearby hospitals (within 20 miles)
On-call required: must respond within 30 minutes when on call (details provided during interview)
First-time travel nurses accepted
Locals accepted at same rate
Pending license accepted

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Minimum 1.5 years of Interventional Radiology experience, with experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
