Description
Job Opportunity: CVICU Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Work in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting.
- Night shift only, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week.
- Must work at least every other holiday.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety exam (SafeMedicate) required during orientation; passing scores are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum 1.5 years of CVICU experience, with CVICU experience within the last year.
- Current certifications required:
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
