Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) Travel Position
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Information
- Unit Type: Operating Room
- Number of Beds: 11 ORs, 1 endoscopy suite
- Staff: 45 total
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, 11 techs
- Night Shift: 1 nurse, 1 tech
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Equipment: OR equipment including multiple types of orthopedic beds, 4 surgical robots
- EMR System: MEDITECH

Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Work Environment & Expectations
- Shift Type: Different shifts available (specific shifts not listed)
- Dress Code: Scrubs provided
- Weekend/On-call: Weekdays with rotating weekend calls
- Personality Fit: High energy and motivated individuals preferred
- Floating: No floating required
- Unit Policies: Available via internal policy system
