Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Dayshift)

Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Dayshift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36 hours with opportunity for extra shifts

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience and knowledge as an Emergency Department nurse required.
• Schedule requires full availability; any return-to-office (RTO) time off must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract.
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system is helpful but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
