Technologist (X-Ray) – Night Shift

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

• Provide professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Average patient volume: approximately 15 patients per day.
• Equipment used includes DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, GE Elite C-Arm.
• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC.

Work Schedule

• Night shift, 12 hours per day.
• 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Summer holiday coverage required for 1-2 of the following: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
• Orientation scheduled to start on 6/1/2026.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• ARRT certification required.
• Valid state license for Iowa (compact license allowed).
• EPIC experience required.
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel contract (preferred).
• Must not have been employed by this employer within the last 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of application.
• License verification and copy of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Proof of taxable address outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (exceptions apply for Madison with a rate adjustment).

Additional Information

• Night shift includes call back and on-call pay multipliers (details not included here).
• Must be able to work holidays and overtime as needed.
• Traveler will contribute clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management.
