Description
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Travel Position
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Shift: Night shift including some weekends
Unit and Work Environment
- Unit: Respiratory Therapy (RT)
- Equipment used: Drager ventilators, Phillips V60 CPAPs, Arivo2 Hiflo
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Procedures and skills required:
- Ventilator management, CPAPs, ABGs, Hiflo devices
- Advanced procedures including diagnostic, interventional, therapeutic, and robotic bronchoscopy (ION/Intuitive)
- Cryotherapy, cautery, fluoroscopy, stent placement, fiducial placement
- Pulmonary function testing including CPET, DLCO, pre/post testing
- Metabolic cart testing
- Dress code: Maroon scrubs or facility scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia
- Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
