Registered Nurse (NICU) - Travel Assignment
Location: Kennewick, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Unit and Role Overview
- Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Role involves cross-training and coverage in Obstetrics (OB) units due to staffing shortages
- May require floating within a 25-mile radius of the facility
- Patient population includes neonates; unit supports acute care needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state
- Minimum 2 years of recent Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Washington Suicide Prevention
- Code of Conduct Orientation and Refresher
- Completion of ICU Neonatal Skills Self-Assessment
