- Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Unit Information
- Department: Respiratory Therapy
- Beds: 350
- Staff: 38 total
- Day Shift: 1 Charge, 5 staff
- Night Shift: 1 Charge, 5 staff
- Patient Ratios: Variable
- Equipment Used: Hamilton G5/C1/T1, V60, Vyair Avea ventilators
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Typical Procedures
- Ventilator Management
- Airway Management
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
- National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
- Experience in Pediatrics (PEDS), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
