Job Opportunity: Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics

Position Summary
- Pediatric Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer specializing in pediatric cardiac sonography.
- Work setting includes outpatient cases with skills required in crash cart, scrub, and aseptic technique.
- Cases may also include general, orthopedic, urology, endocrine/laparoscopic, thoracic, neurological, gynecological, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, and ENT procedures.
- Facility is a Level I Trauma, Teaching, Children’s Hospital with short-term acute care.
Schedule
- Day shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- No weekend requirement
- No on-call duties
- Floating outside scope is not required
- Block scheduling accommodation not guaranteed
Experience & Qualifications
- Valid Echo Technologist license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of Echo Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- National certification required: ARDMS or CCI
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Skills in crash cart and scrub techniques required
