Cath Lab RN - New Hampshire
Job Details
- Location: Dover, NH
- Assignment Length: 12 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10 shifts with a rotating day off)
- On-call required: Monday through Friday and weekends, minimum 10-12 days per month
- Candidates living within 40 miles of the facility will not be considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Additional Information
- Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity is strongly preferred
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years is preferred
- If positive TB test, documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test is required
- Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation
- Fit testing cannot be performed onsite; must be completed prior to start date
- Emergency NH RN license applicants should apply within 48 hours of permanent license application
