Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position
Location
- Kingfisher, Oklahoma
- Rural community near a metropolitan area
Position Details
- Employment Type: Travel
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days (5 days per week, 8 hours per day) with possibility to work 4 days of 9-10 hours if needed
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Call Requirements: As required by facility
- Float Requirements: As required by facility
Patient Population & Setting
- Treat both inpatient and outpatient patients
- Patient diagnoses include neurological and orthopedic conditions; wound care may also be involved
- Part of a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and ST
- Low no-show rate in outpatient setting
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS certification
Work Environment
- Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
- Dress Code: Black scrubs
