Description
Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Location: Canton, Georgia
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Work in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Special Care Nursery) providing care to neonates with medical and/or surgical problems.
- The unit admits infants born onsite; transfers from other hospitals are evaluated individually.
- Utilize equipment such as ophthalmic imaging systems, cardiac monitors, warmer beds, and isolettes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Special Care Nursery or Neonatal Intensive Care.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

- No local candidates available within 50 miles; travel candidates preferred.
