Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
Location
- Springdale, Arkansas
Contract Details
- Travel assignment
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
- Schedule includes every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Hours per week: 36
Job Description
- Provide patient care on the PCU/Telemetry unit using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel.
- Must be agreeable to float to Medical-Surgical and Bariatrics units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
- Floating to other units (MS/Bariatrics) is mandatory.
