Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry (Float Pool Nights)
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (12 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units to work night shifts in a float pool capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding Requirements
- License and certification verifications dated within 30 days of start.
- Specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist completed within the last year.
- Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal (last 7 years), SSN verification, and exclusion screenings (OIG, EPLS, NSO, OFAC) dated within 30 days of start.
- Signed professional forms including Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Integrity and Audit Services Form, and System Access Form (completed one week before start).
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
- Resume and two professional references.

- This position requires working night shifts in a float pool, providing flexibility to cover multiple units within Medical/Surgical and Telemetry specialties.
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
