Description

Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Telemetry

Location: Greenville, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work on a 24-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit in a rural community hospital.
Night shifts covering a mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts.
Patient-to-nurse ratio typically 1:5, may increase to 1:6 depending on census.
Must be able to read and interpret cardiac telemetry strips (assessment test on first day).
Work schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
Shift length: 12 hours per day, approximately 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

Current Ohio RN license.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Comfortable working in both Medical-Surgical and Telemetry settings.

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
Experience with NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) is noted but not explicitly required.
