Job Description

• Must have very high proficiency in Neuro, Orthopedic, and Total Joint surgical procedures (non-negotiable).
• Primary role as a scrub tech in the operating room; may assist with circulating duties.
• Maintain aseptic technique and provide a quiet environment in the OR suite.
• Participate in OR suite preparation and handle specialized surgical equipment and supplies.
• Small department; time off requests (RTO) must be limited, with no holiday time off available.
• Candidate must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years current Certified Surgical Tech (CST) experience.
• NBSTSA certification required.
• High proficiency in Orthopedic, Total Joint, and Neuro surgical procedures.
• Scrubbing experience in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, and Endoscopic surgeries.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• New Hampshire Medical Technician Registration Certificate (can be pending upon offer).
• At least 1 supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment (2 preferred).
• Complete and current skills checklist or certification documentation for CST (within 1 year).
• Permanent address and all requested time off must be included in the profile at submission. Scheduling requests must be made at time of application; no changes allowed after offer.
