Description
Occupational Therapist
Location: Soldotna, Alaska
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Overview
- Provide individualized, goal-directed occupational therapy care using occupational therapy processes and principles.
- Work primarily outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities.
- Utilize standard adult and pediatric occupational therapy equipment.
Schedule
- Day shifts, typically 8–10 hours per day.
- Approximately 40 hours per week.
- Possible weekend coverage.
- Department-specific orientation with 5 shifts of 8 hours each.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Alaska.
- Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience, including experience within the last year.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Additional Information
- Business casual dress code.
- Client may call off up to 24 hours during the 13-week assignment without penalty.
- Local placements accepted.
