Description
Respiratory Therapist - Travel Assignment
Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide basic cardiopulmonary care in general patient care areas under supervision.
- May be assigned advanced patient care duties as appropriate.
- Work schedule includes nights and weekends as scheduled.
- Uniform requirement: Navy blue scrubs.
- No false nails allowed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Must be a Licensed Respiratory Therapist registered with the state board for respiratory care in West Virginia.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential via NBRC required.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience using EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Must have an unexpired driver’s license and be within a 50-mile radius for submission.
- Disclose any licensing issues at time of application.
Additional Information
- Supervision provided by cardiopulmonary director or supervisor.
- Position based at a hospital in Bridgeport, WV.
- Night shift with 12-hour shifts and weekend work as scheduled.
