Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Fort Mohave, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Unit: Acute Rehab Unit (12 beds)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 32 hours
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Patient Population: Adults 18+
Patient Ratios: 6:1
Electronic Health Records (EHR): Medhost, NetHealth (Redoc)
Float Requirements: May float to evaluate and treat Med/Surg and ICU patients as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Common Diagnoses/Treatment Areas

Stroke
Hip fractures
Debility
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Spinal cord injuries
Motor vehicle accidents (MVAs)
Parkinson’s disease
Multiple sclerosis (MS)

Dress Code

Royal blue scrubs required
Blue jeans are not acceptable attire
