Job Details

- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekend, Holiday, and Call Requirements: Yes
- Schedule:
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Orientation: 1-2 day on-shift orientation; clinicians must be in-state for orientation week even if some modules are remote
- Floating: Possible within Zone 1 facilities with similar weekend shifts and call requirements
Department & Work Environment
- Department: Radiology – Ultrasound
- Number of Scanners/Rooms: 4
- Imaging Types: Normal hospital ultrasound scans, heavy vascular studies, OB ultrasounds under 14 weeks, emergency room cases
- Average Scans per Day: 8-12
- Equipment: GE ultrasound machines
- EMR/PACS Systems: EPIC (EMR), Synapse (PACS)
- Radiologist: In-house
- Dress Code: Any solid color scrubs except navy blue; scrubs not provided
Required Qualifications
- Certifications:
- ARDMS certification required (RDMS or RVT preferred)
- BLS (AHA) required
- Experience:
- Strong vascular ultrasound experience is mandatory
- Additional Requirements:
- Must provide own radiation badge
- Valid driver’s license must be submitted (radius up to 60 miles)
