Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Department
Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Description
- Registered Nurse (RN) for Emergency Department
- Schedule requires working every other weekend and every other holiday
- Blocked schedules cannot be accommodated
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience working with pediatric patients
Additional Notes
- Prior travel experience is not required for this position.
- Influenza vaccine is optional; if declined during flu season (October–March), mask-wearing and specific declination forms are required.
- Positive PPD requires a clear chest X-ray (valid for 5 years) and annual TB questionnaire.
- Attestations are generally not accepted unless specifically noted.
This position is ideal for experienced Emergency Department RNs seeking a long-term assignment with a defined schedule and comprehensive credentialing requirements.
