Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Days)

Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Provide professional and clinical occupational therapy care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
May float within the occupational therapy discipline across local campuses.
Work schedule: Days, 8 hours per day.
Weekly hours: 36-40 hours; OT billable after 40 hours.
Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
Orientation occurs every Monday.
Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system
