Description

Occupational Therapist

Location: Port Angeles, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
Setting: Post Acute Care

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
Washington state OT license preferred
BLS Certification
COVID-19 vaccination required
