Radiology Technician - Weekend Night Shift

Location: Westerville, Ohio
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Summary

• Weekend night shift Radiology Technician position.
• Requires working Friday through Sunday nights.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding Documentation

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year.
• Two professional references.
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) covering last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• Exclusion checks including EPLS, OIG, NSO reports dated within 30 days.
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services forms.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Standard I-9 verification completed by agency.
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year.

Additional Notes

• Mask fit testing documentation must include mask brand and model number.
• TB testing requirements vary by state; Ohio requires 2-step PPD no older than 30 days or IGRA no older than 90 days.
• Annual TB recheck is required at this site.
• If unable to complete fit test prior to start, onsite fit testing may be approved with additional paperwork.
