Pros
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for my recruiter - Alison Mazolewski (Alison Kon). She went above and beyond to help me secure my travel nursing contract as an international nurse. Throughout the entire onboarding process, she was supportive, responsive, and genuinely cared about my success. I know her since 2023. She was always fair, honest, and willing to advocate for me whenever challenges arose. Her guidance made a complicated process much easier to navigate, and she consistently took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. What stood out the most was her dedication to her nurses. She works hard to ensure that her nurses are treated fairly and have the support they need from onboarding through placement. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment made a significant difference in my experience. I am truly grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend her to any nurse looking for a recruiter who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile for her candidates.
