Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - Colorado

Contract Details

• Length: 26 weeks
• Location radius requirement: within 60 miles, valid driver’s license must be submitted
• Orientation: Week of orientation must be completed in-state, even if some modules are remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour day, 40 hours per week)
• Weekend and holiday work: Not required
• Dress code: Business casual

Department & Patient Population

• Setting: Outpatient physical therapy
• Patient load: 45-minute one-on-one treatments, evaluations, and recurring schedules (approximately 9 patients per day)
• Patient types: Mostly orthopedic cases in a small community outpatient rehab setting, with a wide variety of diagnoses
• Rehab aides (PTAs) available to assist, but treatments are one-on-one

Required Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license or Compact license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Well-versed in physical therapy practice, especially outpatient orthopedic rehab
