Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Circulator

Location: Palmer, Alaska
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Shift: Days (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Description

Coordinate patient care during surgery, ensuring sterility and managing supplies
Document surgical procedures accurately
Float between assignments as needed; no block scheduling
Call required
Patient ratio: 1:1
Operating rooms: 6 beds
Scrubs provided
Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alaska
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in orthopedics, vascular surgery, and urology surgeries

Additional Requirements

Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Maximum return to office (RTO) time: 2 weeks
RTO blackout on July 4th

Notes

Travelers submitted without all required information will be rejected
Social Security Number must be included only on the candidate’s tax documents, not in submission emails or packets
