Registered Nurse (Long Term Care) - Hawaii

Job Description
- Work in a Long Term Care facility located on the hospital site.
- Perform nursing assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
- Notify MD/NP of pertinent patient information.
- Manage admitting and discharging processes.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Provide specialized care including:
- Gastrostomy Tube care
- Urinary Catheter care
- Nebulized Treatments
- Wound Vac care
- CPAP care
- Tracheostomy care
- Other assigned nursing duties as required.
Shift Details
- 8-hour shifts
- Varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility required; no guaranteed hours or shift preference
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care nursing experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Must arrive the Thursday before assignment start date for employee health appointment on Friday
- Prior travel experience is required
