Job Opportunity: Med/Surg Nurse - Night Shift

Location

• Tuba City, Arizona

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Currently 3 shifts per week
• Approximately 36 hours per week

Position Summary

• Provide nursing care requiring professional knowledge and independent judgment.
• Follow physician orders, nursing standards of care, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Support patients of all ages and their families.
• Work in an acute or sub-acute care setting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum 3 years of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience, with at least some experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Experience in an acute care setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Orientation & Compliance

• Orientation sessions held every 2 weeks.
• COVID and flu vaccination exemptions may be accepted after submitting a declination form.

Housing

• Limited housing options available.
• Shared housing units at $600 per month, based on availability.
• No family members or pets allowed in housing.
