Radiology Technologist Position - Michigan

Job Details

• Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM
• Schedule: No weekends, no holidays
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required for submission
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association required for submission and onboarding

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Health and Safety:

  • Fit test (specific mask type for Iowa only)
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (includes methadone, PCP, benzodiazepines, cocaine, propoxyphene, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetyl morphine, methaqualone, barbiturates; no THC)
  • COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster by Sept 2025), or declination/exemption letter (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted
  • Influenza vaccine: Optional, with proof or declination accepted (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
  • 2-step PPD or IGRA test for TB; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year (for Michigan and certain states)
  • Varicella: Proof of vaccination or IgG titer lab report
  • Tdap: Current vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction
  • Physical/Health Statement: Documentation within last year confirming fitness to work
  • Respirator evaluation with physician signature (specific locations may require onsite completion)

• Professional and Legal Compliance:

  • Signed Code of Conduct form
  • Signed Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
  • Signed Integrity and Audit Services form (signed shortly before start)
  • Signed Conflict of Interest Disclosure form
  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days of start
  • Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days of start
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start, including statewide check for Michigan
  • System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start

• Competency and Skills:

  • Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
  • Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors

• Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission
• All required documents must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding as specified
• No weekend or holiday shifts required for this position
