Description

Registered Nurse – GI Lab (Travel/Contract)

Location: Germantown, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
On-Call: As needed
Weekend Requirement: As needed

Job Summary

Registered Nurse position in a GI Lab setting.
Must have Level I Trauma experience.
Experience in a large hospital setting preferred.
Facility is a Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center.
Locals within 100-mile radius are not accepted.
No block scheduling accommodations; strict 5x8 schedule.
Pending licenses are not accepted; must comply with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines.
Return-to-Office (RTO) restrictions must be included at submission.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
Minimum of 2 years of endoscopy experience, with endoscopy experience within the last year.
Trauma experience required.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
