Job Opportunity: Electrophysiology Tech
Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (4x10 hours), 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Radiology Tech with Electrophysiology (EP) experience required.
- Position does not float between units.
- No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements.
- Expected patient ratio: 1:1.
- Charting system: Epic.
- Facility type: Short Term Acute Care with 536 staffed beds.
- Scrub color: Any color allowed; OR/Cath Lab scrubs provided.
- Parking: No fee.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Electrophysiology Technician experience within the last year.
- Radiology Technician experience.
Background and Compliance Requirements
- Background check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually.
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated monthly.
- Education verification required for all candidates.
- State-specific searches as applicable.
- Photo for badge with neutral background required.
- Annual completion of regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS.
- WA Multi-State Licensed Nurses Demographic Attestation required if applicable.
- Oregon Neglect Abuse Consent Form and Search required only if assigned to specific child care facilities (not applicable here).
- References and work history verification as per policy.
