Description
Registered Nurse – Telemetry I
Location: Akron, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Description
- Must hold a nursing degree accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA only, AHA RQI acceptable) are required at submission.
- Float pool experience required.
- Recent Epic experience within the last year is mandatory.
- Resume Time Off (RTO) allowed up to 7 days maximum; no RTO allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment.
- No block-scheduling requests accepted.
- Solid black scrubs required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 2 years telemetry nursing experience, including telemetry experience within the last year.
- Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Float pool experience.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
