• Variable shifts with on-call requirements
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

• Unit: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Number of Operating Rooms: 6
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Floating: As needed

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 2 years of hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist

Skills and Experience

• Must have at least 2 years of hospital experience in the CST specialty
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required

• Surgical procedures performed in the Cardiovascular OR (specific procedures not detailed)

• Scrub color: Navy blue
• Nails: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gel, or enhancements allowed

• Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible; uncovered tattoos addressed individually
