Description
Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) - Travel Position
Location
- Denver, Colorado
Job Summary
- Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting.
- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Patient ratio approximately 1:6.

- 8 weeks
Work Hours
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of Long Term Acute Care nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies.
- Knowledge of central lines.

- Familiarity with LTAC and Telemetry nursing care is essential.
