Description
Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit Information
- Department: Respiratory Therapy
- Unit Size: 350 beds
- Staff: 38 total (Day shift: 1 Charge + 5 staff; Night shift: 1 Charge + 5 staff)
- Patient Ratios: Variable
- Equipment Used: Hamilton G5/C1/T1 ventilators, V60, Vyair Avea
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Colorado
- Minimum 6 months (0.5 years) recent Respiratory Therapist experience in acute care hospital settings within the last year
- Certifications: NBRC, ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
- Experience in Pediatric, Neonatal, or Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PEDS/NICU/PICU)
