Job Description

Provide rehabilitation therapy services focused on optimizing health and function for patients in a community clinic setting. The role emphasizes hands-on, compassionate care aligned with core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

Work schedule is primarily weekdays with some flexibility
