Job Description
- Assist in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to department and hospital standards to ensure quality patient care.
- Strong skills required in Neuro, Spine, and Orthopedics.
- Experience with Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and DaVinci surgical systems required.
- Occasional float to other campuses may be required.
- On-call duties required.
- Shift schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts with variable start times between 6:45 AM and 1:00 PM; weekends included in rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year.
- Certification through CST or NBSTSA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
