Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse to provide backfill support. The position involves working in a 216-bed acute care hospital with a focus on high-quality surgical care and advanced technology.

Unit Details

• Unit: Operating Room
• Number of Beds: 11
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: Includes Neuro, Robotics (DaVinci Xi, Mako), Pediatrics, Orthopedics specialties
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling: 10-hour shifts, rotating weekends, call required
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs for nurses
• Procedures: All surgical specialties and procedures performed on unit

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience with robotic surgery systems, specifically DaVinci Xi and Mako
