Description
Physical Therapist
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour day shift)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position for Physical Therapist in an Inpatient Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU).
- Floating required; travelers are prioritized for floating and may float to other nearby campuses within a 50-mile radius.
- Expected to integrate fully with the unit culture and function as core staff.
- Use of specialty equipment including harness system, gait trainer, nustep, and Omnicycle.
- Electronic Medical Record system: Epic.
- Scrub color: Hunter Green.
- Hard document submission deadline: Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Notes
