Description

Physical Therapist

Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour day shift)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Position for Physical Therapist in an Inpatient Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU).
  • Floating required; travelers are prioritized for floating and may float to other nearby campuses within a 50-mile radius.
  • Expected to integrate fully with the unit culture and function as core staff.
  • Use of specialty equipment including harness system, gait trainer, nustep, and Omnicycle.
  • Electronic Medical Record system: Epic.
  • Scrub color: Hunter Green.
  • Hard document submission deadline: Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
  • Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Notes

  • Complete demographic information must be submitted at time of application (address, date of birth, social security number, license number).
  • All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted with the application; no approvals after submission.
