- 28 beds
- Level 3 Trauma Center
- Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI
- Stroke Certified
Staffing & Patient Ratio
- 18 staff per 24 hours
- Day shift: CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, Greeter
- Mid shift: 3 RNs, 2 PCTs
- Night shift: CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, Greeter
- Patient ratio: 1:4

- Baxter IV pumps
- Ranger rapid infuser and blood warmer
- EMR system: Meditech Expanse
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Certifications required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification

- 13 weeks
