Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Travel Position
Location: Winchester, Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Role: Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Setting: Acute Care & Emergency Department
- Patient Types: Inpatients in Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Unit, and Step-Down Unit
- Shift: Night shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3 x 12-hour shifts)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- On-Call: None
- Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Virginia
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification (AHA only)
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 495
- Patient Ratios: Approximately 80:1, typically seeing 20-25 patients per round
- Dress Code: Hunter Green scrubs; adherence to facility dress code policy required
