Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Nights) – Hilo, Hawaii
Job Details
- Employment Type: Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (36 hours weekly) after first week of orientation
- Work Environment:
- 28-bed Emergency Department
- Includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
- Fast-paced with rapid patient turnover
- Team-oriented setting
- Schedule Note: Must arrive the Thursday before assignment start for employee health appointment on Friday. Do not accept start date if unable to arrive on time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Hawaii
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
